 Pictured here are our bull Spinney [standing] with Annika and her calf Lotta at Stafford Show.Annika calved again just before Christmas this time with a bull calf.Unfortunately the calf had a leg broken when Mum sat on it.We had to call the Vet out and have put the leg in plaster.I am very pleased to say the plaster has now been taken off and the calf is doing very well.Spinney has now been sold to Sam Smiley in Northern Ireland but we will be keeping contact with him and are planning to show Spinney at the main rare breed show at Gosford in September. 
We are very pleased to say we have just bought this young bull calf.He is a great young bull and i am hoping to show him later this year.He had only been with us for three days when this photo was taken and this was only his second lesson on a halter.I am amazed at how quickly he is taking to it.He is only severn months old and was with his mum until he came to us,so it must be very strange for him.His name is Baytal Gabriel and i have very high hopes for him.More pictures will no doubt follow.
